All KOLDTEK products are built to last.

After we install and commission the equipment (sale or rental), we provide training on site which includes operating the cooler on-site with you. We return to perform the first service free of charge, check the equipment and again work with you, if required.

If the equipment fails during normal operation due to faulty workmanship or parts during the first 12 months from purchase, KOLDTEK guarantees to fix it – all parts and labour at no cost to the client. A 5 year warranty is given to the door seals (vacuum coolers only). If a seal develops a leak due to wear within 5 years from purchase, a new seal will be supplied.

We can also perform remote diagnostics on your cooler to identify any performance issues or system failures. Hire equipment is fully serviced and maintained by KOLDTEK. A limited warranty applies to second hand equipment.
